All, saw this available for sale and it went for $42 bucks (no pun intended).
Is this a Buck Zipper? :confused:

thanks! :D I looked for it in the Buck catalog and completely missed the fact that the Zipper had the gut hook. :foot: I take then that this is a VANGUARD.
The $42 price was pretty good considering Buck wants $100. I dont have anything but folders and I thought this looked like a handsome knife.:)
 
They are beautiful Knives, and that is a great deal for that knife, it looks to be a rosewood or cherry which makes it even a better deal.
