It's a Steel Heart-E. I'll let the guy that owns it comment. I got a chance to check it out.

It didn't come cheap, but it was well worth the price. 
I've watched CSI since the beginning and must have talked about the show at Blade West '03 or SHOT '04. Jennifer Busse remembered that and thankfully directed Jerry in my direction when the SH-E was returned by the production company. A few phone calls later and it was mine, but I didn't actually have it in my hands until the Chicago Custom Knife Show in '05. (I was actually the one who delayed the delivery.

As far as I can tell it's a standard production piece. I'm not sure if Jerry requested the return or not.
