Is this a Busse?

There's a pic in an article on page 28 of May/June Rifleshooter that looks like a Busse along with a Scout rifle. Anyone confirm that?

Looks like a Swamp Rat Camp Tramp to me, if I remember correctly Dan Johnson wrote a review of the CT. I'll see if I can find it.
