I believe it is whats referred to as a Hood version, or something like that... Let me see what a quick search comes up with.

As soon as I started searching, I wished that I hadn't. I'm not going to post any links.

LOL...word up, homie! Sheeeee......

The blade does like like a Busse of sorts due to the "Talon Hole"...but I don't know fer sure.

Although it looks like an SHBM in many ways, that blade is very narrow.

So I can't say for sure.

I found this on his web sight what do you think ?

That is more like a regular SHBM, see how it has a choil on the edge side? The knife in the first picture has a thinner blade, thus, only a half choil. I'll take the first one!

.

Ron Hood use to make a knife called "the Hood Hunter" , here's a tip don't do a internet search ( Hood Hunter ) with the kids in the room

I have seen that knife or a sister before. I am sure Eric has a copy of it as well. Not an SHBM, but probably made from a SHBM/SH-E/BM-E blank.

I was looking around Ron Hoods web forum and ran a search for Busse, and he did say he had and used one of the very first INFI knives.
:o Dude I have way too much time on my hands. :o

That looks like a Hood knife, which, as I understand it, was a "collaboration" between Ron Hood and Jerry Busse.
