Is this a copy of another flashlight ?

My dad bought this for me today from his work as they were on sale for 4$, it seems like a pretty decent flashlight for 4$ and it doesn't zoom too bad .something about it really seems familiar I just can't place it .
It's only about 60lm with the single AA that comes in it ( I was able to hold it together with an extra AA battery and got at least 200lm+ out of it.
So if anyone knows what it's based off of, and if you think I'd get more lumins with an ultrafire battery I'd sure appreciate it.

It's a common Chinese-made design that appears with several different brands on it, all about the same prices. Likely they're all made in the same factory; who knows. The beam doesn't spread much even when you zoom out, but when you zoom in it has great cast.

Thanks, that's probably why it looked familiar.
I googled pocket clip flashlight with zoom and saw an identical Cree branded one with rechargeable battery that was rated at 300lm, probably the exact same thing as the pocket clip screws were identical down to color . Luckily my brother's giving me a battery and charger from a flashlight he broke as the batteries cost as much as the lights do
