Is this a counterfeit Buck 855 Bravo Rescue?

I resell a variety of items on eBay-- one of my focus categories being knives. Several months ago, I obtained this knife, but did not list it as I felt it appeared "off" for a Buck.

Initially, I assumed it was just me due to the "Besh Wedge" tanto blade, as I have never personally owned a Besh blade. Then I finally went to list it, and began to spot other "questionable" attributes.

I do not wish to sell counterfeit knives, so I am posting here to see if anyone can provide input in relation to authenticity.

Below is an imgur link to photos of the knife and sheath. The sheath looks way off to me, the knife is sturdy, but the blade appears slightly askew. I have never seen a Buck with a pivot resembling the one on this knife. That was likely what threw me, above all else.
