Is This a Factory Second?

I've had this Temp 2 for awhile. I bought it second-hand. I've decided to sell it and I want to represent it accurately.
Is that a second's notch? It has a collector's club code although I'm not sure if that means it can't be a second.

A picture of the spine would help. All of the seconds I have seen have been notched on the spine. Usually on the right side (as viewed with the point facing away from you) behind the hole.

The T2 is by far and away my favorite fixed blade.
I hate to see your selling honestly. But, I do so ever understand. As for her being a second, the box will usually have xx on it? If you have the box?
Actually, mine has the same notch, except mine is perfectly straight, if that makes sense? Of course, the notch I'm referring to is the one very near the blade itself.
The rest is smooth. Mine doesn't have that line/notch in the middle. Could mean nothing though? Looks pretty faint to me anyways.
 
Ah OK. I don't have the box.
It is a beautiful knife. Now that I make fixed blades I can't justify keeping it.

I sometimes wish I could make my own.
Btw, as for Spydie folders anyways, not only will the box have xx, but xx will also be stamped on the blade as well. I really doubt that T2, is a 2nd.

Would you happen to have a pic of a second with the XX stamp? I have several seconds and they are notched but not stamped. Is this a newer way of marking them?

No. But, go to BBS and look at their 2nd Blue Millie S90v and you'll see it.
Well, I'll be darned, I went BBS and, the 2nd Millie's are gone! They were $199 , they must've gotten bought up.
