Is this a fake Seb?

Picked this up from my stepfather, who got it at a yard sale. It's leaning to one side because the pivot screw is stripped out and can't be tightened down. No markings on the blade, but I figured I'd ask some experts all the same. Highly likely it is a fake, but I have little experience with CRK beyond handling/carrying short term. Either way, confirmation of whether it is real or a fake would be much appreciated. Thanks much.





 
That's what I thought, haha. Had to ask on the off chance, but the dead giveaway for me was the huge gap around the blade when closed. All the CR knives I've seen have been handle-blade-handle with little space between.

I wish they would start pressing counterfeit charges on the people responsible!!

This thing is actually physically painful to look at. That thumb stud!! I guess I've been looking at the real thing so long now that it is just jarring when it is all a little off. Also shows how refined the design of the actual article is.
