Is this a fake spyderco paramilitary 2

It looks legitimate, but they're all out of stock. That's how much PM2s used to be until demand went up and dealers decided to jack the price up.
 
I'd say yes, no spyderco logo or sal or Eric's logo. Lanyard tube looks a little funny too.
