Is the top knife a Force One Variant or a NARK?
Appreciate any help.

the spine grind next to the logo on yours looks exact as the standard force one in UDDs post. I say force one V.

It's a rare custom based on the sf (special forces) frame/handle. Looks to me like a hybrid force one (war cry) with the nuc air rescue knife.
Perhaps one of a kind, nice piece.

A Force One cleverly disguised as a NARK! That is a wonderful blade! I wonder who has it now?

This. ^^^
It looks like it was done for the same show as the Muddy SFNO's with mud/snakeskin & teeth were offered at (Blade West '06?).

Based on what may look to be two extra serrations added to the four that may have already been applied to the edge, I'm wondering if a small grind error, perhaps on the spine or on the edge near the tip while in the process of making it into one of those SFNO's before the coat was applied got the creative juices flowing and this is what the result of that creativity was. :) If so, nice save! I'd be willing to bet that this is how a lot of variants come to life...something happens while grinding the knife in question which makes it not worthy of selling as the model it was supposed to be in the eyes of the maker, yet it is still way too good to toss out without trying some grind magic, and violà! ...A very cool variant.

It's a MSSNSFSNARK-v!! (Muddy Snakeskin Special Forces Serrated Nuclear Air Rescue Knife variant) ;) Now that's a mouthful of acronym, lmao! :D:D

Whether I'm right or wrong, I definitely think it's a cool lookin' one off.

Jaxx, looking at the butt that has to be a HR or Force One variant not a SFNO variant. Same type grinds, yes. But definitely a different blank to start with.

Dwaine, looking again, you may be completely right. It does look like the holes are closer in to the slabs...at least the bottom lanyard hole, and perhaps the whole pommel. Hell, I didn't even notice the middle "bump" in the pommel either. :o Thanks for posting this. :) Perhaps I should have started drinking earlier? :D:D

Bummer, I was wanting Jaxx to be right because I wanted it to be a MSSNSFSNARK-v!! (Muddy Snakeskin Special Forces Serrated Nuclear Air Rescue Knife variant) :D :p
