Photos Is this a knife / Push Pick or something else?

Dear Sir/Madam,

I found this item when i was out walking my dog.

I first thought it was an ice pick, but after googling a bit, it looks like it could be a push pick.

Or is it something completely different?

Any replies are most welcome.
