sorry if its too obvious, i'm just a bali-guy trying to buy a folder. i'm looking at the 705, 806, mini socom... i would get the 806 from NGK but its a bit large. thanks!

Looks like the real thing to me, right down to the screws. Most of the knock offs don't go into that much detail.

i didnt want to point it out untill someone replied, but all the retail ones i've seen have the microtech logo instead of that wierd looking talon. thats a good point though: other than the talon everything looks perfect. if it turns out to be real it's a pretty good deal, even though i dont like that logo.

Dayum, my UTX-70 has that talon thingee too! I got ripped off!

J/K, that's the official microtech logo.

keep in mind the auction doesn't close for another 6 days, and it's sure to go for more than the starting bid.

abe m.

it would be an intersting knosck off if it was, noting the classic three hole fasteners....

For the most part, the claw logo signifies its a limited edition. The dagger logo signifies a hand ground blade and then the standard MT logo is regular production

Looks real to me. Do look around on the link Dragon Man posted. Bob is a good guy to deal with. At least you can get some price guidelines for watching the auction. I would always be willing to spend a few extra bucks and know that I am buying from a respected dealer than taking my chances on ebay.
