It’s not mine. Someone was selling it local close to me and a friend wanted me to pick it up for him. But I went back to find it and noticed it was no longer posted, So I guess it doesn’t matter anyway. LoL.

That's a 533 mini-Bugout according to the blade marking. Blade HQ has a mini-B in that color combination with hardware that looks very much like the screw heads on your example. We can't see the insides from these shots, but I don't see anything that would make me think it's a fake.

That's my best guess. You'd need someone more familiar with Benchmade than I am to get a more definite answer.
