I got it a lot of years ago lol, but the current minichamp doesn't compare. is this a minichamp or no?

Looks to me like an older variation of the MiniChamp. I think I have one like it, with the scales busted off. Someone here will know for sure.

That's the prior version of the minichamp. Been discontinued a while now,but can still be found occasionally at some sellers.
