Is this a Project II??? I'm not sure.

Would very much appreciate some assistance in identifying this CR one piece that I got some time ago from a local dealer with no box or papers.

I've searched here and looked on the CR website but haven't convinced myself it is a Project II due to the shape of the clip point. Thanks!
