Is this a rare knife?

I got a Benchmade/Emerson CQC-7 with ATS-34 in a trade. Are these somewhat rare, I can't find much info on them. I am looking to trade it but not sure what its value is. Thanks\

not really, although they aren't made any more. there are about 5 or 6 a month sold on ebay. it's not really worth anymore than it was new. about 150.00 to 175.00...hope the trade was worth it

i see them often for ~$100 or so, thats not a rare one imho.
