Is this a REAL Kershaw Mini Cyclone..?

We were just talking in another thread about the cyclone and it being discontinued and another thread where there was a mini-cyclone (or maybe a reg sized one that is black) etc....but none the less I came across this one on eBay:

I don't recoginize the model of this one, being that it is black serrated mini, and I especially do not recognize the packaging - is this REAL or a fake..?
