Is this a real Mike Snody Resistor?

Really need advice about this knife since Im never own any Snody before, Is this a real resistor or just a fake one?

And if this a real one, what is blade steel? How much should it cost?

Because the guy who made is the best person to tell you if it's real or not. Would you rather have people guessing or get the answer from Mike?
 
this is the real deal!:) Earl (ultrareef ) sold one but there are photo's on snodyland where you can find it and compare marks and scratch patterns etc....last time it sold they asked for 400 I believe but seeing it's a skelleton version and there are also handled ones I would say a bit less then 400$....I believe they came with 2tone kydey sheaths (orange black with holes in the color exposing the black..Ultrareef is also a great guy which you can ask..he's his No 1 guy.
