14 inches total length with a 9 inch blade. Numbered 18 and made in the usa..

There was a 9” Sable 1.
However, this one does not appear genuine to me. It could be the poor quality photos, though.
Your best bet is to send it to Chris Reeve Knives for verification. They will reissue a birth certificate if it is genuine and give you the best info that they can determine about it.
