Is this a stupid idea

I've had Kershaw Skyline a long time ago. Out of curiosity I just happen to be picking around on the internet and I found some custom scales for it. They're called flytanium. I do not know what that is. But here's the conflicting part. The said knife is made in Oregon. The custom scales are made in China. Would you get them or would you just leave it alone in G10?

If you have objections to non US, then don’t. Modding can be fun and makes your knife your own. Flytanium is one of the major players in aftermarket accessories

I do modify a number of my knives just for variety but I wouldn’t change the Skyline as the G10 is just fine.
