Is this a yellowhorse???

If it does not have David Yellowhorse's signature, either on one of the blades (most likely the main blade), or a bolster (most likely the rear one), it probably is not. I have never seen a Yellowhorse knife that was not signed, although it is not impossible that one or more is out there. Moreover, it just not does have that "Yellowhorse look" to it. Having said all that, it still is a good looking knife

Yes it is a good looking knife and one you can be proud of. I have one similar and I've seen others. There are other "makers", particularly in Arizona who do that kind of inlay work. Doris Yazzi comes to mind and I know there are others.
