Is this an "authentic" Spin?

There is a Spyderco Spin in an active auction on eBay right now and I really would like to get it but I'm not sure if its a real spin because I know there's a lot of fakes out there.

I know that I'm not allowed to post the auction so here are the pictures from it:
Is this a real Spin? And if it is real how much is it worth?

I'm away from home, so I don't have mine to compare to, but it looks legit to me. I have no idea what current value would be, but I personally wouldn't go over about $80.
