Is this another knockoff or is it licensed?

Did anyone see the Frost Cutlery folding knife for Ford Motor Products in the recent Blade mag full page ad? It seems to have more then a passing resemblance to Greg Lightfoot's LCC design that was last licensed to Microtech.
