Wish i saved the box. I was young... like maybe 13 when i got it. So its about 6 years old i believe. Stayed in the pocket a long time, i retired it a couple years ago. It has the spyder hole in it. Is it anything special? Was there a limited quantity or was it a yearly production with the hole?

Not really. It's a low-end model of the AFCK. The AFCK is highly collectible, but not so much with the plastic-handle models.

Sorry.

.

yep, ascent, it was a std production BM that they licensed the hole from spyderco on, nothing special about them, not a bad knife though, i had one 8 yrs ago or so back when i thought $100 for a AFCK was nutz lol.

not many FRN handle knives are collectible FWIW.

I have the same exact folder. It's such a great lightweight package. Easy to maintain ATS-34 steel but too bad it doesn't come in a Axis lock. I think it might've been $40 bucks 8 years ago...
