Is this correct

I followed set-up instructions and end up with what is shown.

Stone is contacting blade edge but also vise jaws.

Set to 20 degree angle.
I do not think it should contacts jaw. When I move blade out in the jaws, the blade rocks.
Can this be corrected? If so, what do I need to do?
