Is this Gen 2 or 3?

I found an old knife of mine, what I believe to either be a Spyderco Endura gen 2 or gen 3... Not sure. It's a black FRN model with a rather squared off handle pommel, and a removable pocket clip by way of coin. The knife has a Boyd dent on the mid lock, and the entire knife is pinned, no torx screws or adjustable pivot. Finally, the knife is saber ground, with "Spyderco VG-10" imprinted on one side of the blade, and "SEKI-CITY Japan" imprinted on the other.

I would have posted a pic, but I just learned that I need a Flickr account and crap just to post a pic. I don't have a Flickr account, and don't intend to. So no pics to post. Sorry guys.

I like help identifying what gen knife I have, and how much it's worth. The knife looks mint except for some very minor paint wear on the pocket clip.

Hello. To post photos, you have to first upload them to a photo hosting site like photobucket and then use the img tags around the url to insert the image into the post. The spydiewiki page for the Endura has photos of the various models and may help you to figure out which you have.

Only gold level members or above area allowed to ask about value here, so your best bet for determining that is to look for auctions of both models on Ebay and see the final selling prices. Hope that helps!

I think tinypic also works and I don't think you have to create an account or sign up. I've never used it though, so I may be wrong about that.

Thanks wire edge, I appreciate it. I'm gonna sell it, so now I just need to figure out what it's worth.
