Is this grind appropriate for bushcraft

I just got this Beaver Craft bushcraft hatchet, and wounder if this gring is appropriate for buyshcraft, or if I should regrind it. It seems awfully thick to me.

Yeah that looks like the bit is warped. But also, yes the geometry looks very thick and needs thinning out.

Yeah, it's too thick.

Too thick can be fixed ...but IDK about the bend ?

Unless that was really cheap, and/ or you enjoy a challenge , I'd return it !

Yeah that needs returned. I cant believe they let that warp out the door.

and there is a bit of marshmallow to fill the front gap... a warp, plus thick edge+ bad fitting....
