Is this legal? Possible clone company

I'm sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong section and will move it if asked to. I was given a knife as a gift from a friend a while back, and it was a company I didn't know. I figured it was a chinese brand that was bought off Amazon or something but it was a big knife so ive used it as a work horse. I was really impressed because the knife takes a hell of a beating and stays sharp and doesn't develop any blade play. I recently tried to find out more info on it because I considered getting another, and when I found the company website, it was like they were a 3rd party seller for ZT. Same looking knifes with different names, clones. Im not sure if this is a company known to do this and zt is aware of or someone new staying under the radar. The pic is the knife if anyone knows anything about them and my question is do I report them to someone? My first encounter with something like this so wasn't sure if there was a protocol or etiquette involved.

they've been around a while, and are well known to first tier mfgs.

If they ever do copy a spyderco or zt or bm (etc) design with clear irreverence - it's up to those companies to pursue legal action to prohibit the importation & sale of such copies.

That company is currently one of the worst cloners. They are well known for only that. They shouldn’t be supported or given free advertising here.

Sorry, if there's a way ill delete the thread. Wasn't trying to advertise for them, was seeing if there was something to be done to get them to stop doing this, like reporting to zt who they're copying. Isn't it better to know who's doing this to advise future newbies like me to stay away if they run across them? If you disagree then please do delete and ill be more careful with the names I mention. Not trying to upset anyone :)
 
reported. My apologies if I upset anyone or this was taken as me pushing for a clone company, that was in no way my intention and I wouldn't support someone stealing from anyone else.
