Is this normal, am I just picky, or is this a problem?

Ok so I got my 11 yesterday and I didn't really inspect it because I was so excited... but today I actually sat down and looked over every inch of the knife and I found something a bit odd.
It seems like the knife is "bent"...

Here's what I mean:

This side of the knife sits completely flat with the table

This side of the knife doesn't sit flat with the table so it appears to be "bent"?

Is this normal, am I just picky and it not a big deal, or is this a problem?

I'm kinda thinking this isn't normal, but I'm just picky and its not a big deal but I would still greatly appreciate your thoughts.

Not a big deal. I have 2 11s and 2 14s. Of those I believe 3 or maybe even all 4 have a slight bend in them. As long as it isn't a very pronounced bend I wouldn't worry about it. I know that, cause I haven't LOL!

Ok, good to know I'm not the okay one then:D And by just holding it up you can't really tell, only when you set it down on a flat surface is it noticeable...
 
Moose bends one around 40% and it goes back so I think yours will be fine.
 
it's hard to get every blade to come out perfectly straight. Is the logo on yours stamped or laser-etched?
 
My bk2 has a slight bend towards the tip. It's not perfect but I think many are like this. Would be nice if they were perfect but they aren't marketed as safe queens.
 
I can't think of a scenario where that would present a problem. I'd just use it like a rich ugly girlfriend. :D
 
One of my 14s is like that aswell as my 9...It was a side effect on some blades from the roll stamping but its still kinda strange you're having this "issue" since you said your 11 was laser etched.
 
I think the table is getting you back for all the times you abused it. The knife is fine. It's the table.
 
If one side lays flat and the other doesn't, its not bent.......... Probably just a bit of variance when it was ground or a difference in the thickness of the coating across the blade.
