Is this Strider knife authentic ?

I just stumbled upon a Strider PT and since I am not familiar with this brand and only started collecting knives a few years ago, I am unsure about its authenticity.

The knife arrived in my hands in a "custom" form, which was with a white micarta scale and a metal backspacer installed, but the 1st owner also included the original G10 scale. While the custom fit and finish was good, the micarta scale was a little bit broader than the G10 scale, with the pivot screw looking deeper seated in the scale socket. The blade also has an orange peel finish.
As the knife was in a neglected state, I disassembled it, cleaned it, and put back the OG scale. All the parts were pretty flush when mounted back, with the screws quality good. No blade play from the blade whatsoever, but the stickiest lock stick I ever saw in such a tiny knife.

The first owner bought the knife from a small cutlery store in France, the Sevilla Cutlery. The owner (called Luc of La danse des lames) had a solid reputation among the french knife online community but couldn't make his business profitable and had to close shop. I have a detailed invoice for the PT sold for about 500 USD in euros.

Enclosed are several pics of the knife. Thank you in advance for your inputs, and please excuse my english.

I haven't owned a Strider since 2015, but back then lock stick was an oft mentioned complaint. I remember something about a sharpie used on the lock bar interface helping.

As far authenticity, well Mick Strider is not exactly an authentic guy to begin with, but that looks legit to me. Hard to tell size without something to compare it to.

Don't have too much experience with the PT but looks like an old school one. Pretty cool snag. I want to say it looks authentic. The Mick Strider Group on facebook or the FWP Underground would know best. If you're not on there and would like for me to ask in your place just let me know

My first instinct was fake since it's so much different than the current batch of PTs (different Strider font, no steel marking, odd pivot, odd blade and lock side finish), doesn't look much like the older CC models I'm familiar with either. But it does look a lot like this one:

I'm not enough of a Strider expert to know if this is a clone of that one, or just a heavily customized legit model (personally I can't imagine wanting to add that orange peel finish or the satin lock side finish). Looking forward to the real experts weighing in cause I'm curious! On closer look I also am suspicious of how sharp some of the edges appear, like on the jimping. Strider font looks odd to me as well compared to the link.

By all means, please inquire, as I don't have Facebook ! Thank you !

But it does look a lot like this one:

Strider PT – The Gear Journal
I tried and failed to find info on the internet so thank you. I agree with you, all the modifications seem to have been from the Sevilla cutlery, and I am not fond of them. But the knife itself feels awesome in hand.

My PT has three hole pivot screws but I can’t remember when I bought it (guessing 8 years or so ago?) Pretty sure it is S30v. Not a strider expert by any means and assume they may have changed pivot screws at some point. Mine is black g10 as well

Bought new at a reputable online dealer but have long since tossed the box (I don’t resell knives so don’t keep boxes).

I remember lock stick being a complaint and apparently fairly common as others have stated but my PT was fine. My SNG was a bit sticky when new but worked in fine,

Edit: pretty sure it was bought not too long before they went out of normal business so probably a later one.
