seems like the taylor company is really scraping the bottom of the barrel here. Im not trying to make a deal of the china schrades or anything, Im over that deal but, this is what you see in smkw catalog. These knives are what I see being sold at the counter of the local gas station for $1.99. this type of knife anyway they just look cheap and cheezy to me. and nothing aginst souther pride my family is from the south its just that style of knife that made me laugh out loud when I saw this.--Joel

They buy them, put them in the warehouse, come back in a week or two and .......... "hey look what I found".
To them, it's not pride, or heritage, it's just business.

Yea if they dont sell enough of these they will wait till christmas and call them a wharehouse find and then the poor poeple who dont know any better will buy them for there son in law. This happend to me. no joke. I told my in laws not to buy me knives anymore. LOL -Joel

I learned a new word this past Christmas..
Regifting.
works great on my son in laws.
:)

Years ago many companies did not keep good inventory records, these days most companies know exactly what they have down to the last one or two at least. A business the size of SMKW you would think know exactly what they have and where, my 0.2

If I see a Dukes of Hazzard X-Timer with a pocket clip, Joel, be looking in the mail. Do you want a Daisy Duke, or a Boss Hawg? You won't have to wait for XMAS. Somehow I already know your choice.

I was hoping you'd buy me the pair Hal!!!! Now thats a good friend!! But lets be honest who dosent love daisy duke!!!! when I was 10 I pictured my self driving the general lee and and daisy riding with me. in case you havent seen a pic of my wife its not daisy, things just didint work out between us so I married erica. LOL

Darn you marc I knew it!!! She wouldnt tell me who it was, but it figures its a fellow schrade collector.

Yea, well she will be your ex when she sees my tractor, cause she will think it's sexy. (well, maybe not a tractor, but shes a purty green riding lawn mower)

You must be still taking the morphine :D . Make no mistake.....I've got a John Deere myself. You didn't actually think that I wouldn't cover that base, did you? Besides, I've been called eye candy myself a time or two

The "Rebel Buck" collector's edition! Yas, it is a Schrade. Well, Schrade parts by SMKW. I saw them some time ago in their catalog. I wouldn't be surprised if one could be somehow located on a certain auction site.
