Is this Ti-Lite fake?

Do you guys think this Ti-Lite is fake? Anybody see any red flags on these pictures? (apologies in advance for the quality)

It's very difficult to tell with 100% certainty from a photo but the blade and the blade markings don't look right to me. That makes me suspicious.

Blade shape looks a bit off, plus it is a bead blast blade on some sort of frn handle. The bead blast blade is on the aluminum handle Ti-Lite, and that handle definitely does not look metal, plus unless they have recently changed the box, that is off as well. Does not appear to be genuine to me and I am a dealer.

Fake: Box was the first clue, then the hole pattern on the handle, then the apparent lack of jimping on the guards... Not 100% sure but looks fake to me. Really recommend you follow CS Mod's advice and send pics their way.

Also, the thumb stud and pocket clip look wrong.

It is definitely a fake. Along with what has already been mentioned the screws are wrong. The blade stamps are also wrong. The guards are rounded but should be sharp. It is also much weaker in construction than the real Ti-Lite.

I own alot of cold steel folders with the pocket clip.
All of them that I have are stamped cold steel on the clip...which your's isn't.
I would say that it's a fake,
