some schlub I work with said that his dad got him an engraved (his name) case from the factory. I've never heard of this. I have yet to see it, btw.
 
I seem to recall that Buck used to (maybe still?) let you custom design a 110 somewhere on their website, including engraving the blade.

....just looked, and here's the link:

There's a note there, though, saying Dec 2004 was the last date for doing a custom, so maybe they don't anymore...

That's only temporary until the custom shop is set up at the new Idaho plant.

Yep... there are lots and lots of them. They are the normal pattern knives but with engraved bolsters (Usually 200 of each made, and each is serial numbered too).
