The title of the listing is "BUCK 830 MARKSMAN ANODIZED BLACK HANDLE PLAIN EDGE G&G HAWK FOLDING KNIFE VP"

Admittedly if someone bought one of those they would be partly to blame, but it's a shame Buck's name is being put on junk like that.

Probably not. Ebay is a cesspool of counterfit Buck knives now. Although eBay has a no counterfit written policy, the reality is they don't care and don't have to do anything about it. There was a lawsuit against ebay by Tiffany. Seems a lot of Tiffany items on eBay are fake. The court ruling was in eBays favor saying they were not responsible for the merchandise of the sellers.

At some point, as a nation, we need to protect our copyrights and patents. May as well do it in a way to get their attention (and to remove their production ability).
