Did you post in the thread?

If not, that is likely the issue.
 
Or the thread has been locked by the one that started it, and will have to be temporarily unlocked for you to use the URL to leave feedback.
 
Issue was I did not post in the thread and only PM for sale. Once I posted to the thread all good. thanks all.

Having a thread locked doesn't prohibit feedback from being posted, one of the parties not posting in the sales thread is the only limiter to leaving feedback.
 
@benchwarmer380 what do you mean "post in thread"?

I clicked the feedback icon under the sellers icon in the listing.

Is this appropriate?

Buyers must post in the thread, or the system will not allow a trader rating to be left. (I know it's not called a trader rating on this platform; but I don't remember the label it uses)
Any post will do: "I'll take it", "Email sent", "Thank you", etc. Since I am unwilling to post in ads, I simply accept that my trader rating isn't going to change.

Just because I am curious, what is your aversion to posting in ads? A simple "I'll take it" is usually all that's required.
