Issue with member profile Cimarron56

When I set up my account, I purchased a Gold Membership. That was in April of 2014. Recently my profile has been showing Registered member. Yesterday, I upgraded to a two year Platinum membership, but my profile still says Registered. This is very bothersome because one of the main reasons that I signed up was to participate in the Fiddleback Fleamarket.

Your help and/or advice will be greatly appreciated.

Please update your Usergroup by going to Settings>Paid Subscriptions and selecting your paid membership, or by using this link: http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/profile.php?do=editusergroups

You are showing both a paid gold and paid platinum memberships.
You will need to start a separate thread in this forum asking Spark to prorate your remaining time from your gold onto your platinum.

Please keep your thread bumped so that he can easily see it when he logs in to take care of things.

Ugh making me do math with a migraine. I think you broke my brain. I made it easy and just added 2 years onto your platinum
