Issue with private messages

So when I get a PM a little box pops up and asks if I would like to view the message and when I click yes it takes me to an invalid message that says "This user has not registered and therefore does not have a profile to view"

So then I have to click on my private messages tab to get to the inbox and see the message. Basically PM's wont open properly.... sigh this is more difficult to describe than I thought lol

I'm not 100% sure but it sounds like the sender of the message has let their paid membership lapse.

So you need to have a paid membership to pm?

Yes, but you have visitor messages as a registered user. Keep in mind those are public though.
