Anyone ever have Kydex chip or roll S30V. I spent the better part of an hour last night removing most (but not all) of a series of chips or dents out of my Swick 1. I cannot think of anything I did with it that would have cause the chipping otherwise. Still a chip at the end, will probably send it in for a new edge sometime here - trying to figure out how I managed to do it though.

Is the sheath one of mine? If so, I can't imagine what's going on short of something embedded, but I'd like to take a look.

Kiah,
Not one of yours. This sheath was made by local gentleman. The only think I noticed is that the blade can torque quite a bit within the sheath, the kydex used was quite thin, and is flexible. Acutally I have your sheath for my swick 2, and so far it is awesome. I just cannot think of what I might have cut or done that caused the chips and dents, so I am looking at all my options.

Okie Dokie. If the eyelets aren't hitting the edge, you may have something embedded along the edge portion of the sheath. If you can take a small wire and run it down through there, you might be able to tell.
