Hello, I hope this place is correct otherwise feel free to move it.
I've made a Blade Magazine subscription (digital+printed) in 2017 and everything run absolutely smooth; in October 2018 I've made a renewal (loosing the september2018 issue...sigh!) for the only digital issues.
They started sending me the July issue (that already have from the previous) then nothing till december and now the disappeared again.....
I wrote 3 times but the answers did solve or modified anything about my condition.
Has anybody had the same issues?
Do you know if the Blade Magazine subscription made with ZINIO services allow you to download the pdf or the monthly issue is only readable over their own platform?
Thanks you in advance for any suggestion.
 
Any subscription purchased through Zinio can only be viewed on the Zinio app. You can, however, print the magazine. That may be cost prohibitive in paper usage.

I'm still waiting a response after one week from blade magazine and it's quite embarrassing.
It's clear that this is my last subscription to blade magazine.
