Issues with Cuscadi custom scales?

Has anyone else ran into a bad experience with Cuscadi Custom Scales? I had purchased multiple scales from them in the past for Benchmade Griptilians without issues. However, recently received scales where the pocket clip screw fitting were not threaded properly to fit the screws it came with. I ended up breaking a screw trying to thread it, which required hours of surgery removing. Then I had an entire fitting blow out the back side.

When contacting them, they were more interested in trying to put the blame on me than they were helping me fix the problem. After several weeks of going back and forth in emails they finally said they would mail replacement fittings, screws, and glue.

Two months later I am still waiting on those parts. The tracking # they provided me shows it was shipped with a bad address and returned to sender. I have sent multiple emails giving them my mailing address and requesting they re-send but have not Received any response back. At this point, I am about to give up on them and try to find a US custom knife guy to see if they can fix the issue. Also, I will not be purchasing anymore custom scales from them going forward. I really like the materials and designs they use, but customer service is very important to me and I can not support this company. Is this a fluke issue or is this a common problem with them? I would like to hear others experiences.

I bought 3 sets of lscf scales from them.
Pm2, df2, then military.
Quality has always been top notch but I did have one customer service issure with them.
I bought the pm2 scales first.
Zero issues aside from the long wait.
Next I asked if lscf scales were available for a g10 dragonfly 2.
Yup no problem.
10-12 weeks later they arrive but they’re for a frn df2.
I’d made sure to mention multiple times it was for the g10 dragonfly while placing the order.
I reached out to them and they suggested selling my g10 df2 and buying a frn version.
I thought it was a bit of a joke for them to suggest this but I didn’t want to wait another 2 months plus, so I bought a frn dragonfly.
When I told them I’d go this route, they seemed very thankful and promised to “take care of me” on my next purchase.
Later I ordered a set of lscf scales for a military.
When I brought up the df2 issue, I got a sob story about how expensive lscf is and bla bla bla.
So, no discount on the milli scales.
BS in my book.
So my experience is iffy customer service but top quality product.

I am in sales and service , advertising and finding new customer is hard work and can be expensive,
Customer service is number one priority for me, word of mouth can be your best sales tool
And also your worst enemy.

I am not disputing the quality of scales they put out. But I am extremely frustrated with how quick they were to try and blame the customer (me) and how slow it has been to get them to help find a solution to fix the issue.. I am frustrated to the point I will probably not purchase from them again unless they decide to finally help me out. You pay a premium for their scales, you would expect premium customer service to come along with it.
