issues with my signature

Hi, I'm writing to see if you can help me out. I have had to reset my signature a few times recently due to the image suddenly not working but in my last few posts I'm seeing it in fine working order, but a member actually posted a pic of his monitor and it showed my sig with the missing image. I'm new to the sig thing and this is my first one so I'm not quite sure what to do. I had one member offer to 'host' my signature, whatever that means, so should i try that option?

I posted this thread and now I'm adding the fact that I see my signature just fine. When it goes out I normally see the missing image to, so I'm curious how others see the bad sig and I don't???

i dont see one. what website is hosting it? photobucket? flickr?
 
Very simple. :)

We see the text because that is "hosted" by Bladeforums in your profile.
Your image is a Google link. vBulletin isn't interpreting it. You need to download to a photo hosting site.
 
Oh okay. I was just copying the image URL from the email that was sent to me with my Beckerhead logo. I've never had a problem using pics from my Facebook page so will it be okay to upload it there and then add it to my sig?
 
Well now I see that the actual image size is huge (about 6"x5.35") so it won't work for my sig unless I can shrink it and I don't have any programs on this computer to resize it. the only program on here just cropped it when I tried to resize it, and i lost half the image. Any ideas now? Can I just email it someone who has photoshop or something to have it downsized? Anyone got photoshop?? Its an easy fix that my crappy computer doesn't even have the ability to do,lol:grumpy:
