Isula scales for the BK24

I had a BK14 with Isula short scales that I sold. Now I see Isula has scales that extent the length of the handle.

I searched but did not see where to get these longer scales.

Has anyone fitted them to a BK14 / BK24? ...any advantage compared to the Zytel scales?

Do you mean the scales from the Izula II ?
I've read somewhere here that they don't fit

OK, thanks; I want to get a BK24 and wondered if those longer scales could be modded to fit like I did the short scales.

The Knife Connection has awesome G10 scales for the Izula that can be modded in similar fashion to the canvas micarta Izula scales. I think Dale is planning on adding more G10 scales to the Becker line, so you might not even have to modify Izula scales in the future.

We do indeed have scales for the BK14/24 in the works. The final prototype has been approved and we should have production models available in a week or two.

Thanks!

That is excellent news!

What about the BK-11?

Those look kinda nice. Looking forward to seeing someone try them out.

Those TKC Becker scales are just as nice as the Izula scales; time to spend more money.......again.:grumpy:

Oh hell yah! I was just looking at the full size scales the other day. Deffinetly time to put a hurtin in the credit card.

Maybe I've read an explanation before and just forgot, but I don't really understand why there is factory micarta for all of the Beckers except the 14/24. The zytel scales are okay but as many people that seem to go through the trouble of modifying ESEE scales, it seems like the demand is there.
