It’s been a while since it’s been brought up — any word on the Paysan?

None yet. It should be soon. Probably first quarter of 2019.

OP: Are you actually in the market for one? MSRP $800 and MAP $520. If so, you've got much deeper pockets than I've got. Kudos to you!

I will look at you guys pictures of this knife for sure, and will buy five if I win a mega million lottery.

I was VERY interested in this knife until they :poop: the bed with that atrocious pocket clip.

Yeah the clip is awful.

I split my purchases between CRKs and Spydercos. The Paysan is $30 cheaper than a large inlayed Sebenza 21/Inkosi and if the F&F is as good as I’m hoping it will be, I think it’ll be worth it. If not, I’ll send it right tf back to the dealer. But that clip...

Definitely seemed as the clip was an afterthought on the Nirvana as well, but I don’t find it nearly as offensive as the Paysan pics out there.

I gotta cancel my interweb. No idea this knife almost exists. Anyway, a bit deep for my pockets but it's a nice looking knife.

The Spyderco silver clip will suck, but a nice after market Ti clip could fix that quickly.

That's me. If the knife proves to be a keeper I will change out the clip. I do find it strange that in many knives the clips seem to be an after thought.

I hope this is a successful model for Spyderco but I think they're out of league when competing on high-end ti-framelocks or integrals. WE Knife or Reate are just too good and offer better value.
