It’s been almost 25 years…

Since I’ve held this 500, last I remember having it was a fishing trip with my high school friends in June of 1997…I always thought I lost it that night, but it was recently returned to me by my 77 year old father. He was cleaning the attic out and found some of my old stuff, and this was in the box…

I didn’t know that, but I’m not too knowledgeable about Buck. From what I’ve read it’s really not possible to put an exact year of manufacture on this particular one?
