Back in 2014 I had a heart attack and had to retire from Customs. Since then my wife (originally from Colombia) said enough of the Michigan Winters; I want to live somewhere warm. First she offered up Houston (hell no, too big) then she said how about Austin? (Too many liberals, bad traffic for me) so I said how about San Antonio?
So we are there now. Built a nice home along with 900+ homeowners; and we’ve retired to a leisurely life.
One constant however I still buy knives (and have amassed a collection of firearms as well). I was able to acquire three of Ed Kalfayan’s Art Knives; two from a Houston Gun Shop and one from Charles Turnage (mammoth ivory dealer).
There’s two of them I’ll post the other tomorrow.
