Now here's a funny picture if you know what to look for which Gelbu just sent recently. The guy playing master kami at the anvil is an apprentice. The fellows playing apprentices are senior jounrymen (if not masters) Sanu and Kumar. And, there in the middle of it all is shop manager, Gelbu, swinging a 5 Kg sledge.

The reason Sanu and Kumar are cracking up is Gelbu can't hit the mark!

The apprentice looks dead serious, though. Probably dreaming of the day when he can do this for real and make 35,000 per month like Kumar.

It is monsoon now and hot. I don't know how Sanu can stand all those clothes even if they are white. Kumar has more sense than any of them and is wearing as little as possible.

Robert, it could well be because Gelbu is swinging. I would get outside the shop if it were me and Gelbu was trying to swing an 11 pound sledge.
