Hey everybody. I was going through my knife collection today to see how it's grown in the past year. I noticed most of my recent buys have been Spyderco's. When I stared collecting knives in 2010, I was pretty much exclusively a Benchmade and Cold Steel guy. Spyderco really didn't appeal to me at first; maybe it was the Spyderhole or that the designs didn't really pique my interest. Out of the big three manufacturers, Spyderco was the last one that I tried, starting with a Green Endura 4 back in May. Since then, Spyderco has quickly risen as my favorite production knife company.
Since my first Endura 4, I've bought the following: Delica 4, Native, Titanium Military, and I'm on the pre-order for the M390 Military. I just love these knives, and I haven't even got the chance to sample the Para 2 or the Manix 2!
I just wanted to thank Sal and the rest of the Spyderco team for making such great products. You guys are nailing it.
