Thanks everyone. I know what you mean. This thing is incredible. The leatherman sheath is also great. I am near Toronto. I will post pictures soon. Soon, I don't know when, I am going for a camping trip and will be sure to try out this 5/16 chunk of INFI.

The Magnum's are closer to1/4" some a little over, this one you have is one of the slightly over, but not quite the chunk that 5/16ths is. I have a spine shot somewhere of my A2 Steel Heart next to an INFI Steel Heart that is a hair over 1/4. If I can find it I'll send it your way, the difference is noticable. Hope this helps

My appologies leatherman and voracious, I am not sure why I typed 5/16. I just measure and found it to be about 1/2 a mm over 1/4. Sory about the over zealous typing. Just wondering, which Busse's are 5/16?
EDIT: I know why I typed 5/16 now. I was comparing it to another knife I thought was 1/4. My EU-17 Magnum is a much thicker so I presumed it to be 5/16. Sorry for the discrepency.

So far the only knife out of the current models with 5/16ths stock is the Heavy Ordinance Grind Fusion Steel Heart (HOG FSH) They've not shipped yet so you might be able to scarf one up off the exchange in the weeks after they do.
As for older examples, there are short run and custom shop knives that were fatties. But most of the fatties are going to be early run INFI and A2 Steel Hearts and Badgers, and Just a few Battle Mistresses from what I hear. They occasionally show up in the exchange and eBay, just dont hold your breath, even though I've never seen this amount of Busses for sale at any given time the old examples are still hard to come by. Hope this helps, or might I have started a whole new obsession?
Heres some examples of the Straight Handle Steel Hearts, the top two are 5/16ths "Fatties" in A2, Top is a birds beak Straight Handle Steel Heart 2, below that is a second generation Steel Heart 2 in A2, below that is the same in INFI then a SHe on the bottom. My preciosssssssssssssssss, cough ahem!
Heres the BBSHSH2 with my Straight Handle Badger Attack in A2 its 5/16ths as well. And no, not for sale!
