My first BK2, second Becker!

What should I do with it first? ;)

Knife sharpening is therapeutic. I will second the thought to go cut something though. Get it dirty. They like being dirty. And if you feed it, there is less chance that it will bite you.

Awesome snag, brother. She looks ready to do some business for sure.

I say, take for a spin around the stones, the take her out for some stick fuzzing, tree chopping, make you a "pokin'" stick, and see what she can do. I bet you'll be surprised.:D

Moose

I'm with moose. Put it through it's paces. You'll soon find the only limitation on that knife is the one you put on it.

Don't forget to tighten and or loctite the bolts on the scales!

We also need to see pictures after it's first adveture.

Jeremy

how many slices of a fava bean can you get?

Tie a lanyard onto the handle, then chop on something.
When my BK2 first came that was exactly what I did!
I taught that stuburn old stump in the back yard a thing or two!

Okay so, my knife is taking a stripper bath right now and when it's all said and done, I'd like to get a finish like this:

White vinegar?

Finished.

Not exactly the same as I wanted but I think it still looks nice.
