After trying to be patient for about a month, my Sebenza and G2 sheath arrived today...it was well worth the wait.

About a month ago I bought a large lefty Sebenza from MadDog2020 (thanks Ray!) and had it sent to CRK for refinishing (thanks Bridget!), then had them send it to G2 to get a sheath for it (thanks G2!). I am the third owner of this knife, and it has gone cross continent three times since I bought it from Ray. I wonder how many miles this knife logged before then?

Well, so far I opened a letter and shaved up a post-it paper. Razor sharp...let's see what I can do with it tommorrow!

p.s. anyone who has a Sebenza and has a little money to spend on a sheath owes it to themselves to check out G2 sheaths:

...they as good as, if not better than, CRK quality...not to mention G2 is one the friendliest guys to deal with!

Congrats UW, I too have a lg. lefty.[See zigzag post on this forum} that matt is doing some work on for me. i am seriously considering sending it to G2 for a sheath when i get it back.

Yes, I saw the pic. in the other post. A most interesting peice indeed. Perhaps G2 could make a matching zig-zag design on a sheath!

I was real glad to get Mitch's message today, as I had another item in transit that took longer than the priority mail was supposed to, must have been due to the last minute Tax senders?

Here is a peek at the sheath made for Mitch, he asked for a Resistor schematic symbol, and it was interesting in making it look right on leather, but it turned out pretty good.

Took a look at that Zig Zag Large, nice looking, must be a special and with the work being done on it, it'll really be one of a kind! Plus the handles will probably feel nicer with the reworked grip.

PS
Mitch, forgot to ask, what was with the number on the knife, 133....? any clue about that yet?
